CuteReminder Labs provides you with the access to its Web site containing downloadable software, product information, newsletter subscription, software updates, enhancements and other features (further referred to as "Services"). Downloadable Software Any software that is made available for downloading from our Web site (further referred to as "Software") is copyrighted by CuteReminder Labs, or third parties as per accompanying documentation. The use of the Software is governed by the Product License Agreement, which is included with the Software. An end user will be unable to install any Software unless he or she first agrees to the terms of the Product License Agreement. The Software is made available for free download and redistribution by anyone according to the Product License Agreement.
