Q: I get disconnected from the Internet repeatedly while trying to download. How to
continue the download?
A: If you are connected to the Internet via dial-up (modem) please use download managers
(e.g. GetRight or ReGet) in order to be able to continue the download instead of starting it each time from the beginning.
Q: I can't download. Why?
A: The information security policy of your organization
may prohibit downloading software from the Internet. Please consult with your system administrator.

A: To buy Cute Reminder,
please press the "Purchase Now" button located at the bottom of our home page and follow instructions.
Q: I have bought Cute Reminder. What should I do next?
A: After you complete your purchase you will receive
confirmation e-mail. Within three (3) business days you will receive an e-mail containing your personal registration
code and instructions on how to register your copy of Cute Reminder.
Q: I have tried to order Cute Reminder online, but since I have a free e-mail, my order
has been rejected. Why?
A: E-mail addresses from freemail providers such as hotmail.com are not accepted for
online orders with credit and/or debit cards for security purposes. You can place your
order via fax or select cash, check or bank transfer as your payment option.
Q: Can I pay by other ways than credit/debit card?
A: Yes, you can. A number of alternatives are available when you are placing your order.
Q: I have purchased Cute Reminder and lost the registration code. Can you help me?
A: Please contact our Support Team using the form accessible
via the "Support & Feedback" menu located on the left side of our Web site and provide us with your full name and the e-mail address you have used while
registering. We will resend you the code.
Q: I have lost the program, but I have the registration code. What
should I do?
A: Please download the trial version of Cute Reminder from our
web site and install it. Follow the instructions in the e-mail containing your personal registration code to register your copy of
Cute Reminder.
Q: I have recently purchased Cute Reminder, but it does not accept my registration code.
What should I do?
A: Please contact our Support Team using the form accessible via the "Support & Feedback"
menu located on the left side of our Web site and provide us with your full name and the e-mail address you have used while
registering. We will check your code.
Q: I have bought the same product twice. How can I cancel an order?
A: Please contact our Support Team using the form accessible via

details and the reason for its cancellation.

Q:
I have purchased a new computer. How do I move my reminders from my old computer to my new computer?
A: To move your Cute Reminder data
(notes, reminders, and ideas) from your old computer to a new machine, please perform the following steps:
1) Download, install, and register Cute Reminder on your new PC according to the instructions in your registration email.
2) Exit Cute Reminder on both computers - right-click the dots button "..." on the Quick access panel and select "Exit" from the pop-up menu.
3) On your old computer - copy the folder named CuteReminder which is located at C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME_OLD_PC\Application Data\
4) On your new computer - paste this folder to C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME_NEW_PC\Application Data\ (replace files)
You should substitute USER_NAME_OLD_PC and USER_NAME_NEW_PC with your user names on the old and new computers respectively.
5) Start Cute Reminder by clicking its icon on your desktop.
Please note that the Cute Reminder data folder on Windows 98/SE/ME computers is located at C:\Windows\Profiles\USER_NAME\Application Data\CuteReminder\
NOTE: The name of the Cute Reminder data folder for the Professional Edition is CuteReminderPro instead of CuteReminder.
The name of the data folder for the Enterprise Edition is CuteReminderEnt.
NOTE: Windows Explorer may not show you hidden folders, so you may be unable to see the Application Data folder. To eliminate this problem:
as you view the folder C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME_OLD_PC\ in the Windows Explorer, please select from the menu
"Tools" then "Folder Options..." then "View" tab. In the "Advanced settings" area please choose "Show hidden files and folders" and
click "Ok". Now you should see the Application Data folder.

How do I backup my reminders?
A: To backup your Cute Reminder data
